after a preliminary get-to-know- you meeting, you’ll receive a questionnaire so that we can obtain as much information as possible: needs, tastes, expectations
we meet and talk, online or in person, to clarify every detail
we select suppliers that best suit your needs; we evaluate prices and services
we send you a detailed programme with all the information about the timeline, home, services for day-to-day life and, if requested, cultural and leisure proposals
we remain available for the entire duration of your stay, to attend to any need, question or emergency
at the end of our assignment, you will receive a brief client satisfaction questionnaire, so that we can verify and improve our services over time
